Before proceeding with the registration candidates are directed to read carefully all the instructions and guidelines mentioned in the advertisement

The following steps are required to fill up the On-line application form:

  • Profile Registration is mandatory for applying against Haryana Civil Services (Executive Branch) & other Allied Services - 2023
  • Candidates may register using their PPP ID/Adhaar Number/Mobile Number.
  • Candidate registering using PPP ID/Adhaar Number should ensure that the Mobile Number and Email ID provided in the PPP Data Base/Adhaar Data Base is valid /in-use. In Case the Mobile Number or Email ID mentioned in PPP or Adhaar is invalid/changed the candidate should update his/her Mobile No. and Email ID in PPP/Adhaar, by visiting nearest CSC centre before proceeding with the registration process.
  • Mobile number and E-mail Address are validated by OTP.

Note: Information coming from PPP like Name, DOB etc. will be non-editable. In case of any conflict, candidate need to visit nearest CSC centers to update the details.

The candidates are advised to apply well in time without waiting for the closing date

  • The Candidate needs to login and fill all the required fields in the registration form after sign up.
  • Upload Passport size Photograph: - (Only JPG, JPEG, and PNG files are allowed. The file size must be less than 500 KB, and the dimensions should range from (132px * 170px) to (160px * 204px) ).
  • Upload Signature: - (Only JPG, JPEG, and PNG files are allowed. The file size must be less than 500 KB, and the dimensions should range from (132px*57px) to (160px*68px) ).
  • Before submission of the online registration form, candidate can preview his/her registration form.
  • During the registration process only the basic details of the candidate would be captured.
  • After completion of the registration process, candidate can apply for advertisement using his/her login ID.
  • Candidates would have to provide further details as per the requirements of advertisement they wish to apply for. After filling in the requisite details of the advertisement, candidates would have to make payment of the fee mentioned in the advertisement.
  • Click on proceed to payment button to complete your payment (as applicable).
  • Payment of the fee is made only through online mode (e-payment). If due to some difficulties, the candidate is not sure whether the payment is processed or not, then instead of making payment again and again. the candidates should check their previous transaction status.
  • After making payment successfully, download a copy of aplication form, sign the declaration in given space and upload the signed copy of the application form to complete the application process, Failing which, your application will not be considered

Note: (1) The candidates should note that after submitting online application form,no change is allowed in any field.
          (2) Download and retain a hard copy of online application form for future reference.
